TECHNICAL SUPPORT

CompLab provides  IT support for the faculty and staff of the college via the online job request form. If the online form is not accessible due to technical problems on the enduser's end, you may send requests through email at This email address is being protected from spambots. PRIORITY

HIGH: Maintenance of network integrity, IP addressing, primary computer crash, LAN troubleshooting

MEDIUM: PC set-up (old/new), No internet connection due to hardware problems, Network printer set-up, OS-related problems, Consultation (Hardware and software)

LOW: Technical issues associated with applications software, Browser-related problems, Malware-related problems

  • CompLab has the prerogative to refuse requests for hardware repair.
  • Request for repairs will be entertained on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Defective units must be brought into the laboratory. No on-site repair will be carried out by any of the CompLab staff.
  • A minimum of 4 days will be allotted for each repair job.
  • The requesting party will be responsible for purchasing the needed replacement parts.
  • The lab will impose charges on the following services:
    • Hardware reformatting: CSSP Departments - P 600.00 per job
    • Personal - P 600.00 per job
