Transfer Applicant's Guidelines and Requirements

From other School/Universities (T2)
Submit the following requirements to the University Registrar (OUR) near NISMED building at T.M. Kalaw Street.
 
Requirements:

  1. Two (2) copies of accomplished application form (OCS Form 6)
  2. Three (3) complete sets of original True Copy of Grades (TCG) placed in a sealed envelope (stamped with College seal and signed by authorized official)
  3. Two (2) pieces 2x2 recent ID picture
  4. Must have earned or passed at least 33 units from previous school
  5. Must satisfy the following grade and other requirements set by respective departments of the programs specified below:

CourseRequirements
BA Anthropology 1.75 or better, interview, essay
BS Geography 1.75 or better, interview, written examination
BA History 1.75 or better, interview, essay
BA Linguistics 1.75 or better, interview, aptitude examination
BA Philosophy 1.75 or better, must have passed 2 Philosophy courses; interview/essay
BA Political Science 1.50 or better, must have passed Pol Sci 11
BA/BS Psychology 1.50 or better, must have passed Psych 101 or their equivalents with a grade of 1.75
BA Sociology 1.50 or better, with minimum SocSci units (6 units), with minimum SocSci average of 1.50, with at least 33 academic units earned, interview at the option of the department
From other UP units outside UP Diliman (T1)
Submission of application forms starts on 27 May 2019 (MONDAY). Deadline with COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS is on 14 June 2019 (Friday). No extension.

Requirements:

  1. Two (2) copies of accomplished application form (OCS Form 6)
  2. Three (3) complete sets of original True Copy of Grades (TCG) placed in a sealed envelope (stamped with College seal and signed by authorized official)
  3. Two (2) pieces 2x2 recent ID picture
  4. Must have earned or passed at least 30 units from Home Unit
  5. Must satisfy the following grade and other requirements set by respective departments of the programs specified below:

BA Anthropology 2.0 or better, interview
BS Geography 2.0 or better, interview, written examination
BA History 2.0 or better, interview
BA Linguistics 2.0 or better, interview, aptitude examination

*The Department will prioritize those with 33 units than those with 30 units

BA/BS Psychology 1.75 or better, must have passed Psych 101 or their equivalents with a grade of 1.75
BA Sociology 2.25 or better, with minimum SocSci units (6 units), with minimum SocSci average of 2.25, interview at the option of the department
From other UP Diliman units (S2) and within CSSP (S1)
